In not so shocking news, a recent audit by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) of the American Postal Workers Union Health Plan’s (APWUHP) and the claims processed by its pharmacy benefit management vendor, Express Scripts, Inc. (ESI) for Contract Years 2016 through 2021 found massive amounts of overpayments and failure to turn over rebates to the FEHBP.
